Kabinett

Elegant wines made from fully ripened grapes. Generally, these wines are considered to be the lightest of the Pradikatwines. Pairings are insurmountable, excellent with or without meals.

Spatlese

Spatlese wines, meaning "late harvest,"  are made from very ripe grapes. These wines are deeper in aroma. They pair well with richer, more flavorful foods and can also be enjoyed by itself.

Auslese

Auslese wines are considered to be Noble wines. Intense in bouquet and taste, these wines are made from even riper grapes and are selected in bunches.

Selection of RED wines

Regions include: Rheinhessen, Germany; Nahe, Germany; Valencia; Spain and Matra, Hungary

German Red Wines

German red wines can be served at a temperature of 64 degrees farenheight or 18 degrees celcius. These wines are suitable for all occasions and can be enjoyed mildly chilled or at room temperature.

Hungarian Red Wines

Hungarian red wines can be served at a temperature of 55 degrees farenheight or 15 degrees celcius. These wines also are suitable for all occasions and can be enjoyed with dinner and bbq at room temperature.

Spanish Red Wines

Spanish red wines can be served between temperatures of 64 degrees farenheight or 18 degrees celcius. These wines are suitable for all occasions and can be enjoyed mildly chilled or at room temperature.
